I recently picked up this rifle, I have not even had a chance to clean it, a little bit of rust, and a bit of pitting, in some places but the the bore is perfect, my best guess it is a type two NM Model fully glass bedded including the trigger assembly, all the parts that should be stamped NM are. Im wanting to sell it just look for some opinions on value. Thanks
The rust and pitting and cracked front guard drops the value considerably. Especially the rust on the sight. Best to look up the S/N on one of the M1 Rifle sites to make sure its an NM receiver and not a rebuild too. Pop over to Culver or the CMP forum and ask there about the S/N. Save you a bunch of time.

One of 'em was sold on a U.S. auction site in 2007 at $1700+ US. Won't go for that here or in the current condition though.
