Can't help with Edmonton gunsmiths but many on this forum do their own work.
What are benefits are you looking for in terms of your upgrades? I ask because large trigger improvements are unlikely unless you trigger is truly horrible - any marginal improvements can be done by you. Also there are many types of stocks available from chassis systems like the EBR and Blackfeather to classic walnut stocks. It all depends on what you are looking for. A stock replacement is also a fairly easy thing to do, and would not require a gunsmith. Bedding would only be needed or possible on some stocks and again could be done by you.
