Hello.
I have a springfield MIA and have been getting failure to feed problems.
I have tested my mags and it's not a mag issue. The bolt doesn't seem to be travelling back far enough to pick up the next round.
This seems to happen a bit more frequently once it's warmed up a bit.

Any thoughts or help would be great.

Thanks.

your rifle is "short stroking"
check that your gas piston has vaccumm and does not slide 100% freely.
to test, remove rifle from stock and remove oprod and spring
be sure the gas plug is tight, and the spindle valve in the open position
point barrel to sky and manupilate gas piston with your finger, pushing it into the cylinder and quickly pulling away to allow the piston to drop
if it just drops freely.... you need a new gas piston
if it drops slowly, the piston is not at issue.

ALSO, you may have an issue that is as simple as carbon build up inside the gas plug itself and inside the gas piston..... carbon build up in these two parts is often overlooked and is also a leading cause of short stroking.

other than that........ gas plug coming loose after the rifle heats up a bit will cause short stroking......
or maybe some foreign material or a burr in the oprod or bolt pathway.......

check that stuff and get back to us ;)
