Springfield M6 Scout

I was wondering if CZ or Springfield will be manufacturing this firearm in the near future? I have a stainless steel .22LR/.410 that I refuse to part with however a friend of mine is looking for one. Any websites other than Gunbroker?

I tried to get one a few years back(the .22 hornet/.410 version) and had to go with a Henry Survival rifle instead. I wish they would make some more.

A Canadian market version of these, with 14" barrels, would sell like hot cakes. Just like the original, it would fold in half. The 18" barrels on the commercial M6 exist because of US minimum shotgun barrel length law.
No idea what the staus of the manufacturing capability is. They should be put back into production.

But prefer 22WM and 410 in a 16" barrel.

I'd buy one if it wasn't ridiculously priced like the used ones. $1000 give me a break.

So I guess it's a no-go then. I've seen one on Gunbroker going for $2500 US, which is too much, of course. Although I pretty much have the same configuration (Stainless Steel, floating case, mounts, extra pin, and sling) I still do not want to give it up, for its sheer usefulness.

Anyway thanks for the input. I'll just keep scouring the interwebs...
