Springfield model 87a mag tube removal help

OK, so far as I can tell through inspection and intense Google-fu, the tube is staked in place through the screw hole in the rear block (the same hole the action screw threads into), not unlike the dimple in an 870 mag tubr, only bulged outwards instead of inwards.

You're going to have either drill out the staked portion, hammer the block out of its dovetail, or force the tube out of the block overcoming the bulge.
