I just checked out the new SOCOM 2 in GWLE. Nice piece of kit. Any comments.

I think the M-14 in any config is a sweet rifle. I personaly would prefer the Sage EBR for cosmetics.....its unique. This one looks like an M-14 in AR clothes.

it isn't a socom 2 but presenting a SF socom 16 in sage chop mod stock for comparison..

Vltor developed the handguard and the stock for Springfield, but Springfield turn down the stock last year.

If you want to purchase a stock you need to go though Vltor. Unfortunately, Vltor will not ship to Canada, but they will ship to certain Canadian dealers.

If you want the handguard assembly, then you must go through Springfield directly. Vltor cannot sell the handguards without Springfields permission.

I just thought you like to know the story.
