Yes.

If it's anything like the comp m5 they have different mount for the m5b or m5s.
I learned the hard way that a m5b will not work on there sync mount for a benelli m4. So I had to buy traditional comp m5 and wait for about 8 months for a mount for my m5b

It is unlike the CompM5 series, both CompM4 and CompM4s share the same optical axis using the same mount.
