In pics and video I've seen of myself, I seem to be in a bended knee, slightly crouched, hunched forward stance, like I'm ready to shoot on the move, one leg slightly fwd (weak side). Main thing is to keep your selbows tucked in, not chicken winging. Stance is important, but so is the upper core stability.
I'm not an expert marksman, but I shoot quite abit. You'll find over the years there's trends and changes depending on who you train with, who u work for, what u see on dvd's...
The point is that if ure getting good results in one stance, why change it.
