Squire Bingham R16

Hi new to forum
I have a Squire Bingham R16 that has been in the back of my gun cabinet
and have not shot for some time. Was looking to trade but have concerns
if it is still legal in Ontario due to collapsing stock.
Can anyone inform me on the status of this gun

I did some research and found it is Non-restricted.

It does not qualify as a replica as it does not replicate a M16 very well.

Not the Best rifle to shoot but it is interesting.

a search in this forum will give you some info, parts are hard to find, Mags are very difficult to find

A fair question. The AK appearing rifle (absolutely same internals as model 20, and your 16R) is prohibited....go figure.
