Squires Bingham Bolt Disassembly????

Anyone know how to take this little bugger apart? There's one stem that appears to keep the bolt sleeve on but for the life of me I can't seem to get it off. Help!

I guess I should have mentioned that.é It's the 1500 in .22 mag.

I just managed to get the sleeve off and there's another pin under it. It looks like I just have to tap that out but I am wondering what's going to come flying out and what kind of hassle it will be to get it all back in!!!

Sorry I can't help. I was confused since there nothing I would call a "sleeve" in my M1600.
