Yup it will fit the action(simple swap just 2 allen head bolts) but you will have to clearance the barrel channel if it is the standard wood stockcause SR barrels are a tad heavier. Rifleman.
 
The SR 22 barrel is .750 thickness vs a bull barrels .920.

Tip for installing is to freeze the barrel overnight and heat up the receiver before installing. Makes them slip together easier.

I have one inbound for my stainless 10/22. Should be a great little plinker.
