SR-22 rails

Does anyone know where to order the factory picatinny rails for the Sr-22 in Canada at a decent price? I was surprised the Ruger store wouldn't ship them to CA, but I know we can get them here, I have seen them in Vancouver, just way too expensive compared to Rugers online price.
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone might have.
