SR22 Muzzle Break

Does anyone know where I can obtain a threaded muzzle break for a Ruger SR22 in Canada? I can only find the slide over type.

Check out AR muzzle brakes, they are for the most part, threaded 1/2x28 and will fit onto a threaded 10(sr)22 barrel

Yep, any standard 1/2x28 AR-15 muzzle device should fit on your SR22. I have a standard A2 flash hider installed on mine. Gotta tame that .22lr somehow .

Butler Creek offers a couple for factory barrels. They require the stock front sight.

No, there is a cutout for the sight, but it locks on via set screw.
