St .Louis slide marked Hi power FN

Are these more valuable...serial number is 95626,all original 9mm...fired very little...on the slide St.LOUIS....MONTREAL...made in Belgum checked up the numbers 1961 when it was made...numbers matching....are they rarer and what price range are they going for...thanks....Frank.....owner will sell it to me for 400 bucks!would say about 90% no box

Is it more valuable? Who cares!? If its 90% for 400 bucks buy it and shoot the heck out of it. I'd do it if it was 50%.
 
The "St Louis ...Montreal" stamping is common in North America. FN stamped all Hi Powers destined for Browning in NA with that address. In Europe and the rest of the world Hi Powers were marketed under FN's own name.
1961 would make yours a concealed extractor. $400 is a very good price for any Hi Power in good shape. They are a beautiful gun and you won't regret buying it. They are my favourite semi auto and I have many of them.
