Stag 10 foregrip

Just wondering about the stag 10 and foregrip compatibility.

I would really like to build a custom stag 10 with wood furniture but apparently the foregrip on ar-10 dpms style rifles isn't compatible with ar-15.

Does anyone know the differences? Does anyone make wood that would fit a stg 10?

Measure at the rear of the receiver from the top of the pic rail to the charging handle opening.

.150” dpms low profile pic rail height

.210” dpms high profile pic rail height
