Yes that's the right one BUT I'm going to do you a favor and save you a pile of money. Don't let the price fool you the Brownells bcg are good quality

Not only that but the Brownells BCG is actually made by Toolcraft as well. So it's likely the exact same BCG as he was going to buy for less than half the price. Support Canadian vendors as much as you can, I love TNA, but for the price difference you've gotta go with Brownells in this case.

If your order is for 99$+ they will be sending you a form to fill out in order to get you an export permit. When they do, before you fill out & return the form, ask them to apply the coupon code. They will.
 
Thanks for the info, I've been looking all over for info on importing a BCG from them and came up empty handed. I ordered one of their nickel coated bolts for $109, can't go wrong there.
 
BCG's are not regulated items? Darn, I should have ordered one. I had assumed it falls under "actions".

The order you have placed with us requires an export license issued by the Dept. of State. An export license is required if the order contains a regulated item.

Regulated items must have an export license regardless of their value or quantities. Regulated items are: barrels, barrel liners, actions, receivers, frames, cylinders, flash hiders/suppressors. Also brass/bullets.

Also our Dept. of State requires an export license if the collective value of the gun component parts are $500.00 or more.

Since your order meets one or both of the criteria, we must hold your order awaiting the receipt of your supporting documents.

All documentation must be listed under a street address, our Dept. of State will NOT issue an export license to a post office box. Must have street address on all supporting documentation.

To apply for an export license we need:

1. Signed/dated purchase order, see attachment.
2. Import certificate, contact your Minister of Foreign Affairs for this document at 613-996-2387

The export license application fee is now a flat rate of $250.00 regardless of the dollar value or quantities.

Don't waste too much horsepower trying to figure it out. I don't even think they know exactly what is/isn't regulated. Keep it under 500$ and don't try to order stuff with an export restriction icon in the product description, you'll be fine.
