Stag 10 Trigger- Geissele SSA-E vs Triggertech Competitive AR

I’m looking at upgrading my Stag 10 trigger and trying to decide between the two. I have zero experience with either one, so I’m hoping those with experience might be able to offer some insight and maybe help me decide.
