Stag102 made by BCL?

So first to dispense with this from the title. There is no such model as a Stag 102. The Stag 10 is made in the USA and has no relation whatsoever to NEA, BCL, Troy, or any of the supposed AR102 derivatives.

The original manufacturer of the -102 design was North Eastern Arms (NEA). BCL, Troy and now Sterling have made various arrangements to have licence to make the design so that they can bring large frame AR platforms to the Canadian market without having to develop and get approval on their own. The FRT still references the original parent design to make it clear that this is not a new gun, but simply an existing design made at a different factory. The Troy rifles are not made in Canada.
