Stage design template

Due to having to upgrade my pc and not being able to access anything on my old unit I need to locate a powerpoint template for doing stage design. I can't even go to previous layouts that I have on disc as they are on 3 1/2" floppies as my old unit didn't have a burner.
The one I was using has numerous stages on it and at the end was the design templates. I have done numerous searches for the program under IPSC DRAW which was the name of the template but have come up empty.

Email yourself the info from the old PC to the new one and then save the stuff on disk or USB stick.
It has worked for me in the past.
