Stahl Test revolver

While surfing the internet I came across the Stahl 36 Caliber Navy 5 Shot Test Revolver. Apparently it was rejected by the German Military. Does anyone have any information on why it was rejected? As well does anyone own one as I’d be curious to know if it is a quality well made piece.

I don't have any information on the revolver you are referring to, but would that brand/make be related to Stahl & Berger of Hamburg? I came across an old SxS which I bought and I am looking for information on it.
