i have about 20 stainless .375 H&H mag cases as well as around 50 30-06 cases (also stainless) are these worth anything?

First off, they're nickel plated brass, not stainless.

Second, they are worth exactly what you can convince someone to pay for them. Generally 50% or less of new value for once fired.

The .375 cases are likely worth $15-20. ($32 for a bag of 50 new brass cases at WSS.)

The .30-06 cases are in the $10-15 range. ($24 for a bag of 50 new brass cases at WSS.)

These are pretty much the max you could get from them. Any more, and a person might as well buy new.

The only complaint I have heard about nickel plated brass is flaking and less lifespan. I don't think nickel is even close to the strength of tool steel.

No, they are not worth anything, please send me the .375 h&H cases forthwith.

Seriously though, the bright nickel cases are rumored to have shorter case life than the brass, but they'll still be worth five or 7 bucks or so for 20 assuming once fired; just give your 30'06 to a buddy. Hell, you're best off just giving them all to people who use them and make friends.

If you thought you were rich, think again.

P.S. I think timberpig's math is a smidgen off. $32/50 brand new doesn't equal 15 or 20 for 20 once fired.
