Stainless R700 Action

Does anybody have some suggestions as to where I would be able to buy a Remington 700 short action in stainless? I am looking for the action itself. I want to build up an action and much prefer stainless over moly. Any suggestions of dealers or shops that sell the actions?

Buy an SPS Stainless Rifle and sell off all the other parts you don't need for your future build. That way you are never disappointed. No more "hit and miss", but rather obtaining what you need for your project! That's all I've done for my past 3 Rem M700 builds. I'm lucky to have all kinds of great Rem M700 help on this forum!

Dogleg, who's Joe P?(as I have no clue and sure the OP doesn't either) I'm curious about a 700 action for a 223 build ... doesn't have to be stainless!? Thank you,

P&D Enterprises Customer Appreciation Day Sept 10th.

They had a Rem 700 SPS Stainless .300WSM for $629.00, no GST.

Plus you would get the $40.00 Remington rebate.

WHY I didn't buy????

It's on for $699.00 now. Which is still a good deal.
