I own an A bolt stainless stalker 30/06 that I plan to keep and presently it has a Bausch and lomb 3x9 with the usual black finish. I would like to get a replacement scope and rings in stainless or nickle to match the barrel and I plan on picking up a 6.5 creedmoor with a stainless barrel and would like a matching scope for that as well. What would be your recommendation for this?

What's your budget? I have Bushnell elites, Nikon monarchs and Leopold vx11 in stainless. They are all good scopes. Zeiss makes some as well and so does Burris. For rings I use talleys or Burris on everything.
