Stainless Scopes for a Stainless .22

That's a tough one, I was in the same boat as you 2yrs ago. On the low end I found Barska and Simmons, mid range Nikon Prostaff and Meuller Eraticator and high end a Leupold model that's was dicontinued but still on a few shelves if you looked hard enough. I went with the Meuller and it's stood up great.

Black looks better to me.... I like stainless guns but I don't need everything else to be silver.
I would guess that limited choice is a result of limited sales demand.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thanks! I didn't really know where to begin looking, so your post helps a lot.

Are you talking an actual SS, or just a optic with a silver finish?

x2

I've never seen a stainless steel scope tube; I've seen carbon steel, plastic, and some pot metal, but the vast majority that I have seen have been made from an aluminum alloy.

Does anyone know of any stainless steel scope currently on the market?

What do you call too much power, 3-9? I have like 3 spare Bushnell that I took off for higher end more power scopes I'd likely sell if you can't find anything, I have an elite 3200 and 2 Trophy XLT's.
