Stainless Steel Glock

I have been looking for a stainless steel glock, but haven't seen one anywhere. On my trip down to the States, there are many stainless steel glocks there. Does anyone know where I can find one in Canada or if there is an aftermarket slide I can purchase or if someone can make my current slide stainless?

never seen a factory glock in stainless must be after market slide or the finished is removed and polished.

I've seen places in the States that manufacture aftermarket slides, but they don't ship to Canada. Would a gun smith remove the finish and polish it up nice to look like a stainless steel slide?

just send your current slide off to be hard chromed. ive heard dark international does a really good job of this.

Alberta plating also does this, my brother is thinking of getting his Glock slide nickel plated by them, they quoted him but I forget how much, reasonable though.

Lone Wolf slides are made of stainless steel. There was also a company a couple of years ago that made metal Glock frames. I think it was CCF Raceframes but I don't know if they're still in business.

Glock become famous is their tenifer metal surface harden process, it become corrosive resistant and extramely hard, I was quite surprise nobody mention this, if you do any plateing to the slide, then the surface treament was took away because of sand blasting, your slide won't be as good as before.
