I used my tumbler with stainless media for the first time The stainless media is like small roller bearings and if two get together at the wrong time they jam in the flash hole. Any suggestions on different stainless and where to get it.

Different from what...?
You didn't mention what pins you're using...

I've had a few stick, but like out of a couple thousand it happens two or three times. No big deal.

You can't Blame it all in the pins... Flash holes come in different sizes;)

I've only had pins get stuck once in about 10,000 cleaned cases. A good media separator usually clears out all the stainless in my experience. By the way that one time really pissed me off when it broke my decapping pin (it happened yesterday).

When I started using SS pins I read an article which stated that any stuck pins were probably out of spec and should be discarded.
After tossing out about a dozen pins I have never had the same problem since.
Just to give you an idea I tumble nearly 3000 cases a week since I'm fortifying my brass supply.

I tumbled about 250 cases and probably had 20 with jammed pins in them. The pins were bought from Buffalo Arms and they say the pins are .041". It takes two pins together to jam. Wondered about a different size pin

Is this a frequent occurrence? If it happens alot I'd say get new media, otherwise toss the pins you find stuck and it shouldn't keep happening.
