Wondering if anyone knows if Crusader will ever start selling uppers (not full stripped receiver)? I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that would be happy to grab one (or more) to use for additional barrel/handguard set ups! Should start getting a list of individuals interested... might light a fire under them to start offering this!

Suspect once the demand for receiver sets is filled or at least slows up, they will produce uppers for individual sale. Believe there's a YouTube video where CA says they plan to make them available eventually.

Great news, I figured that would probably be the case! Would just be nice if that could come sooner than later as who knows what could change in even as short as a week...

Would be rad if they started releasing stripped uppers but the way the complete rifles and receiver sets seem to be selling, they'll wanna fill that demand first. Would be cool if other shops started manufacturing uppers as I don't imagine they are patented or anything. Technically that wouldn't even be "manufacturing a firearm" if my interpretation of the laws is correct.

I feel like the demand is filled thoroughly enough that current Crypto owners are chomping at the bit waiting for spare uppers to be released; there's grifters on "the other site" selling BNIB Cryptos for above retail, which should be the sign for the demand being clearly satisfied by end-users.
Retailers have them fly off shelves because it's basically the only 5.56 semiauto option left, anyone who's filled their void by getting a Crypto probably wants spare uppers available sooner rather than later.
I for one would love to see a .308 Crypto or even have a purpose built 7.62x39 upper assembly available, more likely to see the former than the latter with how things are progressing, but I can dream on.
