Standard conditions?

Sooooo,
I got the purple card in the mail today (damn it's ugly, but I don't care.... I'm so happy!).

So, I noticed the little bit of paper about the conditions and stating you need to keep license and conditions together at all times.

What is it for? Mt rPAL says "standard condition". Are there, hummm, "special conditions"? 12.6?

Also, do I need the original piece of paper, or can I safely store it and carry around a copy? 5 yrs in the wallet + paper = no good in my book.

I don't think most people carry the little paper around, I do, but I'm kind of funny. I think only folk who actually do have some special conditions would want to carry around the paper, but I don't know what conditions there might be, other than 12.6, etc.
