Trying to get the rear site off this damn thing to replace the firing pin....

It will not budge at all, I've read just to drift it from left to right [assuming looking from the back of the slide] ... I've tried brass punches, smashing it with a rubber mallet and even cut a notch in a C-clamp to make a kind of site tool. [and of course liberal WD-40]
Nothing, will not budge a millimeter.
Any suggestions?
