"Starlight" scope

Quite a few years back (late 80's), while I was in the Reserves, we used to have "starlight" scopes on our c7's. Are these scopes available to the public? Where can one find them? I had originally posted this in the optics forum, but this is probably the proper place. Thanks, -Jason

The scope I believe you are referring to is the AN/PVS 502 night vision scope which was released for sale in the 90's yes they are on the market from time to but generally command between $500.00 to as high as $1700.00 per unit .Your question should be placed in the optics forum
