Looking for some new brass because I am tired of putting up with the garbage I have been getting buying so called once fired brass. ( lesson learned).

How does Starline rifle brass compare to the other brands. I know Lapua is very good but it is double the price.

Never heard anything negative about it - Seems like most people think of it as somewhat of a premium option. I've only ever used it for 45-70 and pistol brass, and it's been excellent. It's my preferred brand based mostly on subjective observations.

Has been hard to find at times (what hasn't?).

I have only tried their 6.5CM brass. I don't have many firings on it but it seems quite good. My impression is that it's better than most of the North American stuff, but not on the same level as Lapua, etc.

I use Starline Brass for rifle and pistol calibers. I wish they would make for more calibers, like 35Rem.

Rustywood has a big list of Starline Brass, not all are in stock.

I have been extremely happy with it. I use Starline 30-06 cases necked down in my 280 Remington, and the last batch lasted 13 firings until primer pockets started getting loose. I have also started using their 30-30 cases in my 32 special, but only have one firing on that so far. One of the members at our local club regularly wins our monthly precision rifle shoot using starline cases.

Is that full length sizing? Without annealing?

i haven't used starline for precision stuff but i have used it in my semi-autos and its awesome. i've been super happy with the quality so far on .300BLK, .458 SOCOM, 7.62x39 and .243WIN

I run starline for everything that isn’t a bolt action and love it.
I run lapua for my bolt guns as I intend them to be more accurate and they are nicer on the brass than a lever and semi
I believe you can still find star line for $ per brass… lapua is almost $2 each at most retailers now
