you can shoot starlings,grackles,american crow,brown headed cowbird,house sparrow,red winged blackbird.this licence is not valid in northern ont.and some parts of central ont. from june 16 to aug.31

groundhogs are also a varmint.

shoot them and make sure they are out of site.if the feral cats come for them they'll be the next to go as they are harder on the ground nesting birds-grouse ,woodcock etc.

I'd like to wack that whole flock of starlings. They are extreme competition for my Purple Martins which are a joy to be a landlord to. My friend saw a starling take a Martin dowm to the ground and drive it's beak into the back of the Martin's head. I have no problem eliminating every one I can.
