Start planning this years hunting trip yet?

Heading out for bird next week or so. Already took time off for ELk and white tail as well. I also just picked up a slide in truck camper for my truck since I am getting a bit old for a tent and it was so windy last year it was miserable in the tent. Gonna try bear in a couple 3-4 weeks as well.

Sucessfull BC Elk hunt last September. I leave for Namibia on April 19th. I will be there for ten days. We are throwing the idea around for a Antelope hunt in the fall.

I hunt pretty much year round, because I do not limit myself to big game and live in a rural area. I'd like to do a backpack hunt for mt. Caribou this fall, but until then its spring beaver & muskrat, maybe a spring bear, possible trip for turkey, spring snow goose, varmints like crows and gophers all summer, ducks and grouse starting Sept 1, then caribou, more waterfowl and pheasant, WT , elk, and moose with OTC tags and maybe moose mule deer and pronghorn with draw tags, then coyote hunting, and maybe some rabbit hunts in-between, it's going to be busy!

Same old, same old... Turkeys in April... black bears in August, moose in September, deer/grouse/waterfowl in October & November, late season flat top for the freezer, divers in December... then twiddle the thumbs and reload until next April... maybe read about some of the other guys African hunts... enough to keep me dreaming...
