Starting loads for a 700P .308

I'm in the process of picking up a Remington 700P in .308 with a 26" barrel.
I realize I will have to work up a load for this rifle, but I'm looking for a load that should give me decent results first trip to the range.
This is what I have on hand for components:
Powder: Reloader 15, H4895.
Brass: A few Winchester match, IVI, Federal, etc.
Primers: Winchester large rifle, CCI large rifle
Bullet: 155 AMAX, 168 SMK
As I said, just looking for a load that should give me some 'good' results first trip out. I'll taylor and tweak when time permits.

Start by getting more then a few pieces of brass. All the same lot number.
Prep the brass by de-burring the inside if the flash hole. Resize and trim and chamfer inside and outside of the necks. Weigh and batch every piece of brass.
Start off with about 44 grains of Reloader 15 weighing each charge. Working up to about 46 grains in .2 grain increments. Use the 155 grain bullets. Load 10 of each and go shot some groups 5 shot groups. Watch for pressure signs. Keep the bullet about .030 off the lands when seating.
Shoot 5 of each for group size then repete the test again to confirm best group. Keep track of the loads for each group.
Let the rifle cool between groups.
Now with the best groups, go home and load 5 each with the bullets .03, .025,.02, .015, .01, .005 off the land and 5 with the bullets just touching the lands. Go repete you grouping test.
By doing this, you will find the best load and the seating deepth your rifle likes best.
If you change primers or powder you have to start at the begining and work up again.
