Starting to buy..have dealer question

I am going to buy a Vibratory Case Cleaner from RCBS or the LEE kit this pay cheque. Is it possible to buy directly from the RCBS company or do I have to go through their Eastern Canadian dealer which is Eastern Outdoor Sales Inc? Is there any other dealers for RCBS in Eastern Canada?

Would I be running into any issues like this for LEE?

I just went to order the Tumbler kit and they say that they don't do international orders. I'm going to email them, but I wanted to know if this is a new thing, or have they never shipped to Canada?

yes, you can order direct from RCBS. I've ordered custom dies in the past.

I've tried to order direct from RCBS but the lady sent me to Midsouth shooting supplies as they would sell me what I wanted cheaper then she could direct from RCBS. However she would have sold to me.

Ordering direct is often not the cheapest, I'd price check some more local dealers, I generally order direct for stuff I'm having trouble locating elsewhere, or stuff the dealer wants way to much money for.
