If I purchase a restricted firearm in BC can I call and initiate a STATT to bring it home from the store? Have it mailed to me? Etc if I have not applied for a LTATT and it is my first restricted purchase?
I am not yet a member of a shooting range (yes I know, I'm on it)
Could I do this in person?
Could I do this over the phone?
I know the horse is dead, the problem is, I have gotten both yes and no as answers in different topics.
My understanding is that it SHOULD be issued (STATT) however the CFO will (illegaly) deny your application if you are not a member of a range and you will have a long wait ahead of you.
