Steel case ammo in m14

Hi all. I just traded for my first 308 and it’s a Norinco M14. Traded a Norinco 84s for it but since I had two small caliber Aks(one 223 and one 5.45) I thought I could let one go. The 84s was definitly the nicer of the two but I have wanted a 308 for a long time. My first of probably many questions is: Does anyone run Russian ammo (Wolf or Brown Bear) in their M14s?

Many do, although it is hard to get here, as it is not approved. The steel cased Norinco was very good.

why is that??? I have been wondering for awhile now...I mean dam if we could get wolf non corrosive ammo in 223, 7.62x39 and 7.62x51 it would sell like chicken balls at a Chinese buffet

I used wolf gold sp in my m14s for my first deer this year.It worked great.
