You can just adapt the regular OKO steel cover and it will do just fine.

I beleive few have done it so far.

I don't understand why these gas cover mounts are so relatively expensive. Hell, the way the top gas port cover works, there's no way you can expect to keep a zero for long with optics. Why charge so much for something that hardly/barely works?

gas port cover and SC2

SC2 is designed for use with OKO, there is not weaver rail.

Gas port mounts are used by many of IPSC tri-gun shooters from VZ 58 in Czech republic with various red dot sights.

I'd rather see the same style mount but with a picatinny rail so I can chose what optic goes on it.

Seriously, how tough IS it to simply mount a length of rail onto the existing handguards? I'm sure someone around here could come up with an adaquate solution, right?

BTW I think OKO make this steel cover for their sights is seems to advertising the fact that their sights is not rugged enough by themselves.......
