Pretty well every metal dealer/retailer will have at least 4140.
Looks like there's a metal supermarket in your area, their prices aren't the best usually but they sell small quantities which not all will do.

Metal Supermarket. As mentioned, their prices aren't the greatest but they are convenient if you need small amounts or oddball size/shapes.

City Blocks? Lego Blocks? Come up with some useful reference points, like dimensions and actual alloys, or even a clue as to the actual use....

LOTS of Chromoly out there, but it depends on exactly what you need, to get what works.
