Steiner gs 3

I have a chance to get a good deal on a left over gs 3 3-15x50. Can’t find much info on it but I’m very pleased with my Steiner binoculars . This scope feels heavy but it seems to be well built .looking for opinions and if it’s worth a grand . It would be going on a sako a7 300wsm which is already 7.5 lb .

I have a Steiner military 4-16x50 (discontinued, bought used) and the newer predator 4-16x50 (bought on sale) and am very pleased with both optics, although the Predator 4 has not been mounted yet. The GS3 was a very "stout" hunting scope and Steiner has stellar warranty. If you don't mind not having parallax adjustment, I say go for it! For similar product in an other European brand like Zeiss or Swarovski, you would be spending much more $.
