I dropped in to SFRC on the way to work yesterday to take advantage of their Black Friday promo. I had exemplary service from the entire sales staff starting from the student who greeted me at the door and directed me, the friendly sales counter staff who retrieved the product and finally the staff at checkout. As well, I had called the day before to ask a question about the product. The employee who took my call went above and beyond to retrieve it from the warehouse and give me a detailed description. Well done SFRC! Service like that is a rarity these days.
