Giday fellas, im starting to get busy Down here, with the Fallow about to Rut any week now and the Red deer no doubt starting to Roar around further hills.
I dropped in to mention that this Winter will see myself 'Step up' into Backpack Hunting for Sambar Stags in the Alpine reaches in North East Victoria.
Im quite excited, somewhat prepared now with a new black wolf 85 l pack, a new SamHuntVic day pack and also spoiled myself with a 2man Vango soul tent, my aim is Lightweight minimalist, as i am quite a light smaller fella myself I wont be able to pack heavy but my first Pack hunt cannot happen any sooner! But for now I will test out my gear Locally on the Fallow short term an hopefully spend a few days on the Reds next week for Easter.
Kimber montana rough and ready, leupold 2-7 straight an shiney and enough Federal power shoks too see me through!!!
I cant wait to bring you some stories in coming months! Oh !
