I have a Bushnell 3200 Elite 3-9X40 on my Stevens in 300 Win Mag.

The rifle is quite light for a magnum, 7 3/4 pounds. All it has shot so far is 180 and 200 gr loads, and the recoil is substantial. However it is still shooting under an inch with no change in POI unless I change it.

I am very impressed with the scope.

well to give you an idea of how i deal with recoil.

870 ###press with rifled barrel and scope shooting 3" sabots from a bench is a little more than i like for target practise;) first 5-6 shots are ok then after that it isnt as fun. no, i dont flinch at all.

i didnt think the 270 would kick more than the 303? my 303 kicks like my 20 gauge single shot :D
