my grandfather had one of these old outside hammer doubles, and i always thought they where a nice looking gun. his is still in the family but is horrible condition and i doubt it could ever be made to fire safely again. so i would like a representational piece. i've seen them in the EE for as little as $125, and on the SIR used rack for as high as $450( it had been reblued, wood refinished and lock colour case hardened) on average what can i expect to pay for one? i plan to use it hunting as well as clays, so i wouldn't want one thats collector grade, but i don't want a total piece of #### either.
