Stevens 77a problem.. please help !

Just picked a nice 77a, after range testing it i disassembled it to clean before throwing it in the safe as I bought for part of my collection. Now it disassembles the same as a b, c or even a 820b ect, however the trigger groups are different between models. The slide lock release and slide lock release spring ( L shaped on the 77a ) fell off and out when I removed the group. The spring isn’t broken as I looked it up and replacement ones new or used look the same, just have now idea where it goes in relation the the release button. Can’t find any videos or literature on the A model? Please help

I know this is an old post and you've figured it out, but I've done it too and Numrich has a lot of schematics on the website, it'll save your day.
