How much would a Stevens 77E 12g 30" barrel w/full choke be worth if the gun were in excellent condition.

The ones I have seen on the EE are usually in the 150 -225 range for good used to mint, take care

3macs1 is right on the money, so to speak.
They are a well built shotgun, but sadly 2 3/4 only and most often fixed full choke. Relegated to the upland bird hunter or cut down for a "tacti-cool".
