Stevens 940A Locking bolt spring

Got a Stevens 940a that has popped open after firing a couple times, not every time mind you. After ripping it apart and putting it together (wish I had known about slave pins when I did that) a couple times, determined I need a locking bolt spring. Where can I find one in Canada. Found a couple on fleabay, won't ship it to Canada. Numrich has one for $2.35 plus $10 shipping plus $35 export fee. I paid $2 for the shotty. Anyone help please???

Already tried them and that was a dry well.

You might try a place like springs & things (google) . I am guessing its a coil compression spring .

Seen them, problem is I don't have specs on the spring.
