Stevens favorite receiver

I took a gamble and just bought a receiver for a 1915 favorite to use parts from another on. It did not say what calibre gun it came from. Would there be a difference between the .25 and the .22? A hair longer extractor on the .22 maybe? If all else fails I can return it on my dime... heres hoping it works...

If all fails depending on the price pm me, and id assume they are pretty much the same on the receiver end of things. You may be correct about the extractor, ive sold my favorite 15 a few years ago.

Yup... Lost that gamble. It must be a .32? Stuck my .22 barrel in and the extractor is nowhere near the edge... I'll just put it in the parts bin for now..... Is it worth it to find a barrel?
