Stevens SXS-chopped

Non semi auto is 18", and cutting below that makes it prohibited, not restricted. Look this stuff up and confirm it before posting. There's no room for "I believe..."

The Criminal Code defines the following firearms as prohibited:

-rifles and shotguns that have been altered so that their barrel length is less than 457 mm (about 18 inches) or their overall length is less than 660 mm (about 26 inches);

The barrel rib should be re-soldered so you don't get any splitting.

The overall length must exceed 660mm, and the barrels I would go to 18.5" (470mm) to be on the safe side. The only way you can go shorter is to buy one that was manufactured with that barrel length. Those gnarly Dlask Arms 870 pumps, or those junky Dominion Arms that I wouldn't touch with the proverbial 10ft (3.6m) pole.

I was looking for a coach gun but found the stevens for a unbelievable deal, for $40.00 more it becomes a coach gun but I want to do it right.
