Hello everyone,I have an hs 50. Would love to shoot it,but our govt doesn't like the idea. Anyone have an idea where a guy could pick up a 460 steyr barrel to put it back in use?

I am not a lawyer but believe that given that the HS50 is named specifically in the May 1 OIC crap as being prohibited, I would be skeptical if re-barrelling it to a smaller caliber would make it able to see daylight again legally.
Before investing in the work I would make sure that your plan will work legally.
The re-barrelling part is simple.

The HS 50 in 460steyr is marked prohibited in the FRT. See entry 122982 - 3.
